AW Treecare approached us with a requirement for a bespoke 5,500L bunded fuel tank to support the efficient refuelling of their machinery on-site. Due to space constraints within their yard, the tank needed to be manufactured to specific dimensions to ensure a perfect fit without compromising accessibility.
We designed and built a custom solution tailored to their requirements, incorporating a 15m high-capacity hose reel and a 70LPM pump, allowing for quick and convenient refuelling across their equipment. The layout was carefully planned to maximise usability while maintaining a compact footprint.
Summary
The tank was manufactured within an impressive three-day turnaround, demonstrating our ability to deliver high-quality, bespoke solutions within tight timeframes. Once completed, the unit was finished in a durable anthracite grey coating, providing both a professional appearance and long-lasting protection against the elements.
AW Treecare were extremely pleased with the final result, highlighting the practicality and build quality of the tank. Following the success of this project, they have already expressed interest in ordering additional units. This project showcases our ability to deliver tailored fuel storage solutions that meet both operational and spatial requirements.
