Project
Buffaload Limited approached us once again to supply a large bulk fuel storage tank for one of their major operational sites. As a repeat customer, they required a robust and high-capacity solution to support their busy depot and existing dispensing infrastructure.
We designed and manufactured a 160,000L bunded fuel tank, fitted with six dedicated suction lines to connect to their freestanding dispensing pumps across the depot. All pipework was completed in 1½” lines, each fitted with check valves, ensuring safe and efficient connection to their fuel management system.
Summary
To support safe and controlled fuel deliveries, the tank was also equipped with a 3” fill point and overfill prevention valves, reducing the risk of spills and ensuring compliance with site safety requirements.
The tank was finished in leaf green, in line with the customer’s preference, and prepared for long-term durability. We also arranged Hiab transport, ensuring the tank was delivered safely and efficiently to site.
Buffaload Limited were extremely satisfied with the final product, which has now been successfully integrated into their depot operations. This project highlights our experience in delivering large-scale, bespoke fuel storage solutions for demanding industrial environments.
