Project
Crown Oil approached us with a requirement for a set of versatile 5,000L fuel tanks suitable for both generator supply and fuel dispensing. A key part of the specification was integrating their existing Tecalemit fuel management systems directly into each tank to ensure seamless monitoring and control.
We successfully completed four bespoke units, each designed with multiple 1” feed and return connections to allow easy integration with generator systems. The tanks were fitted with manual roller shutter access doors to provide secure and convenient access to equipment and fittings.
Summary
To enhance safety, we also installed four manholes, each equipped with overfill prevention valves to protect the bunded area from potential spills. This feature ensures compliance with environmental regulations and supports safe refuelling operations.
All units were finished in Crown Oil’s preferred Dark Green RAL colour, providing a professional appearance in line with their branding. The team at Crown Oil was very pleased with the quality, functionality, and overall finish of the tanks.
