Crown Oil approached us with a request to design a bespoke fuel tank for one of their customers. The challenge was to build a tank that matched the exact size of the required footprint while incorporating a side-mounted fill point cabinet as per their specifications.
Summary
We fitted the tank with a 2″ bottom outlet and included all necessary fittings for Merridale gauges and alarms, ensuring compatibility with their fuel management systems. For added durability, the tank was finished with two coats of anti-corrosive primer followed by two coats of our signature Fuel Safe grey.
The entire project was completed within two weeks, and the tank not only met but exceeded Crown Oil’s expectations. They were particularly pleased with the tank’s design and finish, which aligned perfectly with their customer’s needs.
