Dunbia Sawley, a leading local company, approached us for a bespoke feed tank designed to fit on a specific concrete plinth while integrating seamlessly with their existing operating system. Their requirements included a tailored footprint, accurate fuel monitoring, and a strategically positioned fill point for ease of access.
Summary
We manufactured a 16,000L bunded fuel tank with a compact 2500mm footprint and a height of 3000mm to maximise capacity while fitting within their available space. The tank was equipped with high-precision gauges and alarms, ensuring real-time monitoring and smooth integration with their current system.
Additionally, to enhance operational efficiency, we customised a remote fill point positioned 10 metres away from the tank. This design allowed delivery wagons to park and refuel conveniently without the need for complex manoeuvring.
Dunbia Sawley was extremely pleased with the final product, highlighting the practicality of the design and the seamless installation process. We look forward to supporting them with future fuel storage solutions.
