Project
The brief
Star Forecourts approached us with a specific challenge, they needed a 7,000-litre fuel tank designed to fit within a particularly narrow space on their site. The tank also needed to connect seamlessly to an existing underground fuel system, requiring precision engineering and careful design.
To meet these requirements, we manufactured a bespoke 7,000L bunded tank with a compact 700mm width, maximising available space without compromising on functionality or safety. The design demonstrates our ability to produce fully custom-built tanks in non-standard dimensions, ensuring that even the most restrictive locations can be efficiently utilised.
Summary
The result

Once completed, the tank was finished in a sleek anthracite grey, offering both durability and a professional appearance in keeping with Star Forecourts’ site aesthetics.
The customer was extremely pleased with the final product, which met both spatial and operational requirements perfectly. This project highlights Fuel Safe’s capability to design and manufacture custom tanks of any size or shape, providing practical, high-quality solutions for even the most complex installation environments.
