The brief
Thomasson Farms approached us with a requirement for a large-capacity fuel tank to support their busy agricultural operations. After discussing their needs, we designed and manufactured a bespoke 80,000L bunded tank, tailored specifically to their site layout and vehicle access.

The result
Due to the tank’s positioning, the customer requested a side-mounted cabinet to allow vehicles and machinery to pull up directly alongside for convenient refuelling. To meet the demands of their mixed fleet, we installed two separate dispensing systems: a high-speed 140LPM pump designed for efficiently filling large agricultural machinery, and a smaller 70LPM pump ideal for cars, vans, and lighter vehicles.
Both pumps were fully integrated into a single B Smart fuel management system, allowing Thomasson Farms to monitor and control all fuel usage from the same portal. This setup ensures accountability, efficiency, and ease of reporting across their operations.
The project was completed within three weeks, including full testing and finishing. The tank was delivered ready to use, and Thomasson Farms were extremely pleased with the final result, praising both the build quality and functionality. This solution now provides them with reliable, high-capacity storage to keep their agricultural fleet running smoothly.
